Grey’s Anatomy is an American prime-time tv medical drama, an Emmy and Golden Globe award-winning one. It’s all about the personal and professional lives of the doctors - five surgical interns plus their supervisors. The characters in this series include some surgical interns and various physicians, serving as mentors for the interns in all the aspects of their lives.
This drama revolves around the charismatic Dr. Meredith Grey (Ellen Pompeo), who started the show as surgical intern at Grace Hospital in Seattle.
This show got its name as a reference to the well known medical handbook Gray’s Anatomy.
The second season puts the focus on the relationship of Meredith and Derek, stopped abruptly when it came to light that Dr. Shepherd’s married to beautiful surgeon Addison Montgomery-Shepherd. Izzie and Alex are involved too (although very short when Izzie falls in love with Denny Duquette – a heart patient); Cristina Yang and Burke are a couple too. Dr. Bailey gets pregnant and more details about the eternal tragedy of Meredith’s life are revealed. Drama, love, hate, relationships, life… waiting to be discovered, savored by you, the viewer…
