Music and Lyrics - a romantic comedy movie released by Warner Bros. last year on February 9, in the UK. Starring Hugh Grant playing Alex Fletcher, a washed-up pop star from the 1980s and Drew Barrymore - Sophie Fisher, an ex English literature major. It’s the story about their efforts in writing a song for the singer Cora Corman (played by Haley Bennett), and the subsequent romance.
A singer (the hot Hugh Grant), whit the career sliding into oblivion, has now the lack of success cruelly rubbed in the face when he is asked to write a song for some teen pop princess. So, stuck on composing the music for other people, the distraught vocalist now enlists the help in lyric-writing of a goofy lady, young, hot … (Drew Barrymore).
